At Ware & Co, we uphold the highest quality standards and take great care in ensuring your deliveries meet your expectations. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RETURNS

Your purchase may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

Products in the Home category are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item delivered has a quality or manufacturing defect, or if it arrives damaged. Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
Products purchased during a sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
RETURN PROCESS

If your purchase meets the return criteria outlined above, please contact us via email at harshita@thewareandco.com or tanya@thewareandco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and images and videos of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

Our customer care team will investigate your request and respond within 2 working days.

In Case of a Quality Issue/Defect:

Upon reviewing your email and inspecting the returned product, if the item passes our inspection, we will initiate your refund

REFUND POLICY

You will receive 80% of the total amount refunded to your original bank account within 15 working days. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, please email us the bank details to which you would like the refund to be processed. Send this information to harshita@thewareandco.com or tanya@thewareandco.com.
